early access terms

these terms apply to cognoscene early access. they supplement our terms of use and privacy policy. cognoscene is operated pre-incorporation from singapore by its operators (not a registered company at the time of this page). not legal advice.

1. early access summary

cost: cognoscene is free to use. no subscription or payment is required for early access;
who qualifies: the first 100 valid waitlist signups recorded by our server, subject to eligibility checks and an invitation;
what early access means: qualifying users are invited to try the chrome extension before wider availability;
waitlist: later signups may remain on the general waitlist but are not guaranteed early access;
window: the waitlist accepts submissions from 25 august 2026 at 9:00 am sgt until 16 september 2026 at 3:15 pm sgt. the 21-day public window begins on 26 august 2026 at 3:15 pm sgt. reaching 100 qualifying signups does not close the general waitlist early.

2. access and availability

early access is personal to the invited account. features, supported websites, timing, and availability may change while cognoscene is in beta. we may pause, limit, or end early access where necessary to operate, secure, or improve the product.

3. no resale or transfer

early access is personal to the invited account. you may not resell, transfer, or share access except where we explicitly allow it in writing.
